Rental Parties are expected to remove all decorations.
Rental Parties are expected to take trash to the dumpster.
No kitchen facilities available.
No alcohol, drugs, tobacco, electronic vapes, gambling, or lewd behavior.
Music must be appropriate for a family environment.
Service animals allowed. Emotion support animals are not.
Do not attach decorations to windows, blinds, ceiling tiles, or dry erase boards.
No open flame cooking tool,
Parties must exit rental space by end rental time.
