Gentle Flow Yoga for Beginners - Evening Session

Yoga is for Every Body. No matter what your body looks like, yoga can be a practice that you can explore.

This class will focus on basic yoga poses (ananas) moving to a gentle flow practice. It requires the ability to move from a standing position to sitting to lying on the floor. We will explore the breath and how it affects movement and awareness and examine how yoga can provide an opportunity for relation, stress reduction, and relief of muscular tenson.
Please join us for this introductory class; future classes may be scheduled based on the level of interest.
